Arizona FACTS of Life, an organization committed to advancing education and innovation in the aerospace sector, particularly for young women of color who may not have had such opportunities before, is delighted to share news of its new partnership with Chambliss Aviation. This collaboration marks the beginning of a groundbreaking initiative aimed at advancing the interest and development of aviation opportunities.
Through this partnership, Arizona FACTS and Chambliss Aviation will work together to foster a culture of creativity and excellence in aviation. By combining their expertise and resources, they aim to empower the next generation of aerospace professionals.

Youth Workforce Development Program
Our youth workforce development program is designed to help people develop the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the workforce. This program provides training and education, mentorship, and job placement within the organization.
Our youth workforce development program is a comprehensive initiative that aims to empower individuals with the tools they need to thrive in the professional world. Through a combination of specialized training sessions, educational resources, one-on-one mentorship, and hands-on experience, participants are equipped with a strong foundation to excel in their chosen career paths.

Diabetes Prevention Program
- Goal – To help support communities by developing youth into adults who learn to care for themselves and each other with integrity, respect, and compassion.
- 9-month program September - May
- Settings – school, after school, monthly leadership retreat (Tonopah Ranch)
- Targets youth 9-17 years of age
- FACTS Curriculum – evidence informed curricula
- Community Service-Learning Projects
- Weekend Retreat
Weekend retreats are held Saturday-Sunday on the second weekend of every month

- Goal – to promote healthy living to individuals who are in a pre-diabetic state.
- Settings – Community Based, Senior Care Facilities
- BMI Assessments determines pre-diabetic status
- 16 Weekly Group Sessions Facilitated by trained lifestyle coach
- Covered by most Health Insurance Plans

- Goal- The goal of the FACTS program is to provide youth with research based knowledge and opportunities to build camaraderie through proactive program participation, while addressing life challenges, and interacting in ways that are courteous, welcoming, pleasant and supportive to others.
- 16 session program
- Settings – in school and after school programs, community based, faith based, group homes.
- Targets Native American, African American, and Hispanic youth 09-17 years of age.

- Goal – to increase athleticism, dedication, flexibility, coordination & team spirit in youth.
- Year round
- Youth 9-17 years of age
- Cheer practice is held on Thursdays starting 1/12/23 06:00 PM – 08:00 PM
- Participate in performances year round.

Our basketball program emphasizes fundamentals, sportsmanship and age-appropriate skill development for both boys and girls, ages 10-15. Each playing will be assigned to a team based on age and skill level. At all levels, priority is placed on enjoying the great game of basketball while learning new skills and being a part of a team.
