This service is provided to members, as often as clinically appropriate, by Associate Counselors who are trained at the Bachelor’s and Master’s level. Our counselors specialize in using various supportive counseling techniques to conduct one-on-one sessions in private residences, group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and other community locations. Counseling will allow the opportunity to focus on a member’s social, behavioral and emotional needs related to their treatment plan. Using a holistic approach (mind, body and spirit) we work to increase motivation, develop coping skills and address current behavioral functions.

All payments will be issued per the Regional Behavioral Health Authority, Government Agencies, or Developmental Disabilities by way of contract of other financial agreement. Information will be transferred in the English Language. However, every effort will be made to assist families that struggle in this area. Efforts to assist the families include but are not limited to identifying family/community resources and obtaining a translator.
FACTS Behavioral Health Technicians adhere to the bylaws of the Health Information Privacy Act (HIPPA). All clients are required to sign a HIPPA form, All health information is confidential and protected by law. FACTS Behavioral Health Technicians are required under ARS 13-2620 to report suspected child abuse to the proper authorities.
